We make every effort to make sure your image is reproduced in best possible way.
The materials used on this website should be treated as a guide to how the canvas will look only. The quality of the reproduction depends on variety of factors. Our ordering system is designed to give an indication only. The colour reproduction may vary from your screen as it is based on a different way of displaying colour and depends largely on monitor settings and operating system settings.
Please make sure you have the right to reproduce the picture you are supplying to us into canvas print. If you are planning to use the photo where you are not sure if you do have the right, please contact the author/source of the image and confirm that usage of their photo is not prohibited for this purpose.
We can not be held liable for any breach of copyright law. Placing an order confirms that the customer has obtained the correct licence, owns copyright or has full permission to use the image supplied.
We reserve the right to refuse reproduction of your image for any other reason (including adult content, racial discrimination, poor quality). In such case you will receive a full refund.
To fulfill your order we need to collect some personal information from you in order to fulfill your order. This will include your name, address and contact details. We need this information to fulfill your order and/or contact you if there are any problems. Our servers automatically for security/statistical/marketing purposes record the information about your IP address, geographical information, your browser/operating system type. Your details are treated as strictly confidential and are not shared with any third party excluding for delivery arrangements.
All our prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate. At the moment we onlytake payments via the Paypal secure servers.
We do not see or store your credit/payment details. If you need any addtional information regarding their policies, please refer to www.paypal.co.uk.
We aim to ship your finished canvas prints within 3-5 working days after your order or 3-5 working days after pdf approval if required.
We can not accept the cancellation or changes to bespoke products.
Full refund will be issued or replacement sent if:
- goods are damaged in transit,
- items are lost in transit,
- there are quality issues with the canvas/frames but not related to the colour/resolution.
Any problems with the products must be reported within 3 days of delivery. In order to obtain refund/replacement the products must be sent back to us at your cost.
What does not qualify for quality based refund/replacement:
- colour variation between your monitor and product,
- low quality prints (pixelation) - this is based on your provided artwork and its quality (resolution)
Our decision is final.
